This time they got the tortilla frying-then-baking down, but where’s the sauce? That salsa? Whatever. You put salsa on top of enchiladas no matter what. But if you don’t bake them in a sauce those tortillas are going to have no flavor. Ugh. FAIL. 

TOP CHEF NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Last night’s Top Chef was off the CHAIN. It’s the following morning now and I’m still upset about it. There are a couple of people still hanging in that should have been sent packing weeks ago. Godspeed Big Poppa, and take some small comfort in the thought that someone will probably end up beating Alex to a bloody pulp on the kitchen floor before this competition is over.
